1plusgame Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must meet all of the following requirements to open and maintain an account on 1plusgame:

• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of 1plusgame or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep it current at all times.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.

1plusgame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 1plusgame. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify us immediately through the contact details provided on this site. 1plusgame will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login information. You must not share your account with any other person or allow a third party to use your account for any purpose.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 1plusgame are processed in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier, which may vary depending on your VIP tier and the payment method selected. 1plusgame reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited into your account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities and will result in immediate account closure.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 1plusgame are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market. For sports betting, odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change before confirmation — the odds confirmed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended or voided at the discretion of 1plusgame if a technical error, data feed failure, or rule violation is identified. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled by the player. 1plusgame reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, system fault, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 1plusgame may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the stated promotion terms and must be used within the specified validity period — expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. VIP programme rewards are governed by the separate VIP terms available on the VIP page. 1plusgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

1plusgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their activity on the platform. 8. Player Conduct

Players are expected to use 1plusgame in good faith and in accordance with these terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain; engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting; using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward platform staff or other players; and attempting to access areas of the platform that are not intended for general player use. 1plusgame monitors account activity for signs of irregular behaviour and reserves the right to investigate and take action where a breach of conduct is suspected. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will forfeit any balances held in their account at the time of closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

1plusgame provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform stability and security, we cannot be held liable for losses arising from technical outages, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1plusgame's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 1plusgame is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Changes to These Terms

1plusgame reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
